Super helpful. Really went out of the way to find a certain album for me. Prices were in line with other stores and may have been a little less expensive on some titles. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in the city.
Great variety with a confusing sorting technique. However, the prices are fair and it’s nice to still have a record store in midtown. There are also several boxes of random gems for 99cents.
Just posting because of the nostalgia. Im eating mozzarella sticks with a cup of water. Honestly I feel at home here and the atmosphere is NYC deli-like. I am completed now. I just need to go see the place where Godzilla was killed and i'll be fine.
This is by far the worst record store I have ever been to. Almost all of the records are represses and are very expensive. There are very few used or vintage pressings to be found. I searched through quite a few records in my time in this shop and only found two used vintage records (after searching through at least 300 new records). The store is very small and is not organized or clean. Save your money and time by avoiding this shop.
Best place to physically purchase headphones on the go in NYC, I'm a bit of an audiophile and always have my music on so to get headphones that are good is very important to me. Record Mart has a great selection with competitive prices I love it!!!!!!
